TrailMark is a Shea Home community just south of C-470 across from Chatfield Reservoir. Homes range in price from the low $400,000's to the mid $700,000's. The community was established in 2001 and there are approximately 700 homes.

The TrailMark HOA Social Committee schedules events throughout the year for young and old alike. We start off each year with our Easter Egg Hunt followed by the Summerfest in June, the July 4th Parade and 3-4 Concerts in the Park all summer. Each year you can enjoy the hot air balloons over Chatfield Reservoir. The year ends with awarding the prize for the homes with the most impressive holiday lighting. TrailMark is a great community to raise a family but still be off the beaten path. No stop lights, fast food or busy intersections...just a way of life that all residents would agree is a well kept little secret!
